Trace of rain around 5pm. 4th- RECORD HIGH for day of 73 F. beats old record of 68 in 1993. This was a beautiful sunny warm day and the 4th warmest ever recorded in January. 5th- RECORD HIGH for date of 70 F. beats the old recoord of 65 in 1950. Showers this morning between 7:30 and 10:30am produced .12" rain. Became sunny and very warm again then strong winds blew in from WSW this afternoon with gusts to 31 mph. Windy this evening with gusts up to 37 mph. 6th- Windy today and colder West winds up to 37 mph. 7th- Cold and windy WNW winds up to 39 mph. SNOW / COLDER / WINDY 9th- SNOW began at 6:30am and produced 3.5" before changing to sleet and freezing rain by mid afternnon. Fog and some freezing drizzle this evening. Water content .68". 10th- Windy and cold with some snow showers around 6am-7am and noon to 1pm,trace. WSW winds up to 32 mph. 11th- Cold and windy NW wind gusts to 33 mph. SNOW / RAIN / MUCH COLDER / HIGH WINDS 16th- Light snow began 1:30am turned to sleet, rain then some freezing rain. Just a very light coating of snow and ice. Water content was .24". Rapidly falling temperatures snow showers and very strong WNW winds with gusts up to 47 mph this afternoon. Temp down to 14 F. late this evening. Wind chills to -30 or lower. 17th- Very cold and windy low of 5 F. High only 15 F. NW gusts up to 38 mph wind chills averaging -18 to -35 18th- Very cold windy low of 7 F. high only 15 F. again NW winds to 30 mph. 19th- Very cold morning low of 2 F. Slighly warmer and not as windy this afternoon high of 25. 22nd- Periods of rain and showers noon - 5pm .09" fell. 23rd- Mild and windy NW Winds up to 36 mph. SNOW / ICE 24th- Snow began around 1pm was briefly moderate then quickly turned to sleet then to freezing rain by late afternoon. 0.1" of snow and sleet accumulated before freezing rain began. Freezing rain continued through the evening till 9:30pm with a moderate ice buildup on trees and wires etc. 25th- Windy. Strong WNW winds all day with gusts to 40 mph. 27th- Few periods of some light snow this afternoon. Sleet began around 6pm just a coating before changing to rain. .28" 28th- Rain midnight - 2:30am .14" fell 31st- Few light sprinkles around 7pm, trace
